Shipping policy

When we have discussed your custom commission and you are comfortable to begin the design and production stage, we ask that you please fill out our booking form to confirm final details. At this stage we require a £50 deposit to reserve your custom space.

Once we have agreed upon a design and cost, we will send you an invoice with the £50 deposit deducted. The final total of your invoice is due 7 days before your custom slot begins. Failure to pay the remainder of the invoice within 7 days will void the deposit and your booking will be cancelled. For more information on our booking terms please see here.

On average customs take 12 weeks to ship, however this depends entirely on the design. Sometimes we will require longer if a design requires custom cut gemstones and specialist techniques. We will always discuss timeframes with you during the design stage.

Cost is dependant on the complexity of the design, metal weight, materials and labour. To give a rough idea of cost, on average silver jewellery ranges from £200 - £600. 9k Gold jewellery ranges from £300-£1500. 18k gold or platinum work ranges from £800 - £3000 +. Please note designs with multiple gemstone settings or pavé details will incur additional charges.
